Register!
In an effort to support as many community members attending this year’s alumni gathering as possible, we are providing a few options with respect to the registration fee.
Our full registration fee is $250. This covers meals (breakfast and lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday), opening reception, and programming. We are offering options to pay on a sliding scale from $50 to $250. For those with additional resources to share, you are invited to add an additional donation to your registration fee, which will directly support the attendance of other alumni.
If the registration fee is a barrier to your attendance, please contact us at alumni@artequity.org. A member of the artEquity team will connect with you about your registration process.

Alumni Gathering Refund Policy
For cancellation due to COVID, click here.
For all other cancellations, refunds will be made as follows:

Cancellation by March 20 - Full refund (minus processing fee)

Cancellation by April 3 - Half refund (minus processing fee)

Cancellation after April 3 - no refunds
Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
I understand that some optional activities that I may voluntarily choose to participate in during the gathering contain inherent risks of physical injury, such as yoga, dancing, exercise. If I choose to participate in such optional activities, I acknowledge and agree that I am qualified and familiar with the activities, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks that could arise out of, or occur during, such activities. I release artEquity employees, volunteers, and representatives from all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, resulting from any personal injury, accident or illness, and property loss, however caused, arising from or in any way related to, my participation in such activities, except for those caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of artEquity. I also agree to defend and hold harmless artEquity from any and all claims and expenses arising hereunder, including but not limited to attorney’s fees.
COVID-19
I am fully aware that participation in the Gathering, including related travel to and from New Orleans, carries with it certain inherent risks related to COVID-19 transmission (“Inherent Risks”) that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks, including— 1. the risk of coming into close contact with individuals or objects that may be carrying COVID-19; 2. the risk of transmitting or contracting COVID-19, directly or indirectly, to or from other individuals; and 3. injuries and complications ranging in severity from minor to catastrophic, resulting directly or indirectly from COVID-19 or the treatment thereof. I hereby voluntarily accept and assume all risk of loss, personal injury, sickness, death, damage, and expense arising from such Inherent Risks.
We encourage all Gathering participants to take a COVID-19 home test 1 day prior to traveling to New Orleans. If the test shows a negative result, you do not need to do anything further. If the test shows a positive result for COVID-19, then we encourage you to not travel to New Orleans. Please inform hfenlon@artequity.org right away, and your Gathering fee will be refunded, minus the processing fee.
Photo and Written Material Release
I hereby give artEquity permission to capture and/or record my name, image, likeness, photograph, or voice, in any media and/or technology now known or later developed. Such use of my name, image, likeness, photograph, or voice will be limited to informational or promotional purposes of artEquity only.
