Development
Manager
Working with a dynamic team of staff and facilitators, the Development Manager will manage the overall fundraising work plan, lead individual giving, and support development administration. As a member of a collaborative national team, the Development Manager will work remotely, attending teleconference and video meetings, as well as periodic in-person meetings and trainings.
Time Commitment: 30 hours/week
Compensation: $28.09–$33.34/hour

Administrative
Coordinator
Working with a dynamic team of staff and facilitators, the Administrative Coordinator (Operations) will provide administrative support for a variety of artEquity initiatives and ongoing daily operations. As a member of a collaborative national team, the Administrative Coordinator will work remotely, attending teleconference and video meetings, as well as periodic in-person meetings as needed.
Time Commitment: up to 20 hours/week
Compensation: $25.28–$27.78/hour
